Expansion of Executive Leadership Team is Another Foundational Step in OPSWAT’s Growth
Today, I am pleased to announce another fundamental step in OPSWAT’s strategic vision on the expansion of global business operations, sales revenue, and marketing with three new executive leadership team updates. Stephen Gorham has joined OPSWAT as CIO/Head of Global Operations, Mike Barker has shifted his role to CRO, and Pamela Bartz has joined OPSWAT as SVP of Global Marketing.
Stephen Gorham, CIO/Head of Global Operations

Stephen brings 20 years of experience in both the private and public sectors, supporting end-users and deploying secure solutions to meet operational and business objectives. He comes to OPSWAT from CompuCom, Inc., where he served as the Vice President of Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Capabilities. He is a member of the Board of Advisors-Cyber Security at Vialok and has previously held executive-level operations management roles at Extensys, Inc. and Hillsborough Community College. As OPSWAT’s CIO and Head of Global Operations, Stephen will oversee the security of the organization’s IT systems, acquire, implement and manage the business’s technology stack to streamline operations and help lead operational initiatives across OPSWAT’s 11 global offices.
Mike Barker, CRO

Mike Barker first joined OPSWAT as our COO in May. Since then, he has been an invaluable and impactful leader during our organization’s exponential growth, and during that growth, we’ve seen a substantial increase in customer demand. As we scaled our revenue operations, we knew there was a need for a leader focused on go-to-market sales initiatives and the company’s revenue goals. Mike’s executive experience with sales and operational excellence and revenue performance made him the perfect person for the job. Mike is now OPSWAT’s CRO where he oversees all aspects of the company’s revenue goals and global go-to-market sales initiatives.
Mike brings over 20 years of sales operational excellence and revenue performance to OPSWAT. Mike began his career in the U.S. Air Force, and then went on to serve in various senior leadership positions across sales, marketing, operations, and information technology with very prominent technology companies including Juniper Networks, Extreme Networks, Syniverse and J2 Global.
Pamela Bartz, SVP of Global Marketing

Pamela has more than 20 years of B2B marketing leadership experience growing global SaaS, technology and services organizations. Her technology experience spans from back-office processes to industrial operations software that facilitates the convergence of IT with OT, and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT). Prior to OPSWAT, Pamela led global marketing for ABB Enterprise Software selling solutions for Energy, Transportation, Water, Utilities and other critical infrastructure industries. Pamela has held other marketing leadership positions at prominent global organizations such as GT Software, FleetCor Technologies, and ADP. As OPSWAT’s SVP of Global Marketing, Pamela will be responsible for defining the organization’s marketing strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams on global growth initiatives, and expanding OPSWAT’s global reach to meet the growing demand for CIP solutions.
This is a pivotal time in OPSWAT history with 200% employee growth in our Tampa, FL HQ office alone and nearly 40% overall company growth since January 2021.
OPSWAT’s $125 million investment from Brighton Park Capital, the addition of the Board of Directors, the recent acquisitions of Bayshore Networks and SNDBOX, and now these three updates to our executive leadership team are testaments to OPSWAT’s commitment to constant innovation in its technology solutions and operational success in the region and around the globe.
