OPSWAT COVID-19 Update
I wanted to provide an update on how OPSWAT is responding to COVID-19 in order to ensure you that we are focused on continuing to help our customers and partners protect their critical infrastructure.
We appreciate your business and are working to make sure we continue to earn your trust, especially during these challenging times.
OPSWAT Business Operations
OPSWAT remains fully operational across all nine of our global locations. Our business continuity plans have been activated and our systems and personnel are all operating as planned. We are working with our employees to help ensure they remain both productive and safe. Our teams are fully equipped with remote access capabilities and are seamlessly working across all geographic regions where we have employees.
Continued Global Support
We are continuing to offer our same high level of customer support for all products and across all geographic regions. Our team is available by email, phone and video conferencing as needed to address your support needs.
Additionally, we want to assure our channel partners that we will continue to provide the same value-driven engagement you’ve come to expect from OPSWAT. Our goal is to help you respond to the current environment and we are ready to support you on current and future opportunities you are working on.
Ongoing Product Development
We remain committed to offering the best products in the market and we are continuing to invest extensive resources into product development – both updating existing products and developing new products to ensure we can help you stay ahead of emerging threats and cybersecurity challenges. Look for several new product announcements in April.
New Education Options
In response to the reduction in our participation in group events such as industry conferences, we are launching additional online education offerings to help train your teams on hot topics and new OPSWAT product capabilities. You can learn more by visiting the following resources: OPSWAT Academy, webinar series, and blog.
The COVID-19 situation will continue to evolve, and we will continuously adjust our business operations to respond and help support your business any way we can.
If you have any questions for other feedback, please contact your OPSWAT account manager – or send us a request online.
