Get to know Jessica Pierce, one of our Associate Technical Support Engineers in Tampa, FL responsible for providing technical support to our customers on all OPSWAT products.

How did you begin your career in the cybersecurity industry?

Please share a little bit about your role on the Customer Success team.

The Customer Experience team works with clients to troubleshoot their issues and problem-solve efficiently. I also work alongside our Customer Success team, in which we strive to develop close working relationships with our customers.

What do you like the most about working at OPSWAT?

I love the family culture we have at OPSWAT. Working with coworkers in many different countries and U.S cities has allowed me to meet some brilliant people.

How has the company changed since you first started?

OPSWAT is constantly growing! I have already seen just how much potential can be turned into success. I am so excited to watch OPSWAT develop every day and share this experience with future employees.

What is the best career lesson you've learned at OPSWAT?

Transparency and communication are so important in the workplace. If you want to build unbreakable bonds with your team, you have to develop a strong relationship of trust and support.
