We Exceeded Our 'Team for Kids' Fundraising Goal
Thank you for supporting me and my fellow executives Tom Mullen and Patrick Tan in fundraising for Team for Kids — a charitable organization led by New York Road Runners that provides running programs to kids across the country — as a part of our participation in the November 6th New York City Marathon.
Team for Kids encourages kids to stay active and have fun while building their confidence and self-worth. It teaches them that with focus, they can accomplish their goals.
I previously requested your help to raise $2,500 to supplement my donation to Team for Kids in order to meet our total goal of $10,000. Thanks to your generosity and good will, we instead raised $18,570, exceeding our goal by $8,570!
THANK YOU! It is an honor to receive evidence of your support for this cause in such great measure. Naturally, finishing a marathon offers a feeling of complete fulfillment...but knowing that you all helped the Kids cross a finish line of their own made this experience exponentially more meaningful.
You may be happy to hear that your and OPSWAT's contributions were a mere .3% of Team for Kids funds raised this year. They raised $5.5M worldwide!

If you did not have a chance to donate to Team for Kids prior to the marathon and still want to contribute to the cause, you may do so here.
