The Position

Direct responsibility to manage and control all elements of the international Finance and Accounting functions for subsidiaries in accordance with company policies/standards, and OPSWAT’s global financial strategy.

This role requires demonstrated success in optimizing international accounting operations and creating internal controls to safeguard OPSWAT’s assets and mitigate risks. As a business partner you will work closely with the corporate controller to implement accounting policies across the international subsidiaries and ensure statutory compliance across the non-US entities.

This position is based in San Francisco and does not offer remote work. 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Responsible for all aspects of international accounting operations of twelve (12) entities across three regions: Europe, APAC, and Middle East.
  • Provide leadership to Vietnam to successfully transition the hub into OPSWAT’s Accounting Operations Center.
  • Partner closely with Corporate Controller to establish and implement consistent accounting policies/practices across the international subsidiaries.
  • Evaluate and document key controls, drive remediation efforts where necessary.
  • Ensure statutory compliance, including local statutory audits, across the non-US entities.
  • Responsible for statutory reporting as well as the conversion of statutory books to US GAAP.
  • Collaborate with US accounting team to document all accounting policy and processes when documentation or policy information is missing or requires improvement.
  • Work directly with FP&A on planning/reviewing all variances on the international entities as well as assisting FP&A for future needs/planning on each of the subsidiaries.
  • Review accounting and business processes to identify opportunities for process or system simplification.
  • Work to Legal to ensure entity structures are supporting business objectives and operating efficiently.
  • Serve as the main accounting point of contact for all the international general managers.

What We Need From You

  • Big-4 CPA with at least 7 years of software industry experience.
  • Strong technical accounting skills in US GAAP and IFRS.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Knowledge of intercompany transactions and transfer pricing.
  • Very strong accounting operations experience. Someone who has a focus on creating and tracking key accounting metrics to drive efficiencies.
  • Someone who’s willing to rollup his/her sleeves to dive into the details.
  • Process and controls oriented, have had experience in leading the implementation of SOX 404.
  • A good mentor with experience in developing and nurturing an offshore accounting team.
  • A “change agent” - demonstrated capability to lead change and generate process improvements leading to greater effectiveness and efficiency.

We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. The base pay for this position is dependent on location as outlined below, as well as the knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for bonus and benefits, and eligible for equity.

Base Pay Range: San Francisco Bay Area, Base Pay Range: $214,000 - -$290,000

The Position

OPSWAT is looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to help plan and manage Field Marketing activities for META Region to support our channel partners and field sales. Our advanced cybersecurity solutions protect businesses from the growing risk of sophisticated malware attacks and are in high demand across the globe. What You Will be Doing

1. Provide central planning and program management support for META:

  • Plan and manage monthly partner webinar meetings.
  • Assist with planning / leading partner summits.
  • Assist with planning / managing partner training and onboarding. 
  • Assist channel sales leaders in partner recruitment initiatives.
  • Conduct regular program surveys and use partner feedback to drive improvements. 
  • Develop and produce regular reports on program KPIs and results.

2.4 Sales Alignment & Support

What We Need from You 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years B2B tech channel marketing and operations experience - cybersecurity and / or enterprise SaaS experience is a plus
  • 5+ years B2B field marketing experience.
  • Professional proficiency (speaking and writing) in one or more languages beyond English is plus. 
  • Hands-on experience working with a CRM systems – Hubspot and Salesforce are preferred. 
  • Hands-on experience working with a PRM system – Allbound is a plus.
  • Experience setting up and managing webinars and in-person events / workshops. 
  • Experience setting up and managing email marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Experience building marketing plans with channel partners and managing an MDF program.
  • Excellent time management skills, and ability to work with remote teams with a high level of autonomy.

The Position

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead and execute OPSWAT’s marketing initiatives for our Industrial Security Business. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to continue defining the GTM for our ICS/OT security products, launch and monitor precise campaigns to build brand awareness, drive leads, and increase sales.

The Position

You’ll be leading the product management for one of OPSWAT’s key product lines, spanning new hardware, software, and experiences. This role will be the product manager for a strategic hardware product and related experiences. You will represent the device and experience vision and ensure the business and experience requirements are clear, understood, and prioritized to deliver breakthrough experiences within the scheduled milestones.  

This position can be based in San Francisco or Tampa, and will report to either office on a hybrid basis.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee all aspects of the customer experience with OPSWAT hardware, including unboxing, fit and finish, usability, and accessibility.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle strategy for OPSWAT hardware, including stock vs on-demand, serviceability, and tradeoffs between performance and thermal management.
  • Translate experience requirements to user stories and technical requirements in collaboration with development and engineering teams; move requirements through development using agile methodology.

The Position

We are looking for a Product Manager who will lead the adoption of our MetaDefender for Secure Storage solution in the IaaS market. You will act as an SME for cloud deployments in AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes for both internal stakeholders and external partners and customers. What You Will Be Doing

  • Analyze interesting samples (malicious binaries, portable executables, scripts, documents, and packet captures) through reverse engineering to the point where you can identify if they are malicious.
  • Use the extracted information and turn it around into a Python based rule-set, which will directly impact the verdict of OPSWAT products
  • Conduct deep-dive technical analysis of malicious artifacts/events to identify, assess, and document cyber-attack tools, tactics, and procedures including malware defense mechanisms such as anti-reverse, anti-debug, and anti-virtual machine (anti-evasion techniques)

What We Need From You

  • You are passionate about developing customized technical solution sets to monitor and analyze several different malware families and develop products to mitigate threats including Advanced Persistent Threats (APT) and zero-day attacks
  • Strong understanding of the cyber threat ecosystem including targets, actors, and the TTPs they use to distribute malware
  • Ability to use static and dynamic methods to analyze a file using mainly user mode debugger disassembler and other tools
  • Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks including MITRE ATT&CK 
  • Deep knowledge in operating system APIs and internals (Windows and Linux)
  • Python experience is welcome (you should have scripting experience)
  • Experience in some common malware techniques: Injection, Packing, Obfuscating...

  • Build/maintain infrastructure for product integration / performance test

OPSWAT is looking for an experienced Channel Development Manager to assist in the execution of OPSWAT’s strategic channel expansion. The Channel Development Manager primarily role is to steward the Global Channels Strategy in the assigned territory, by means of assisting in the mapping, recruitment, enablement, and management of an expanding channel ecosystem. What You Will be Doing

  • Building and scaling a channel ecosystem (and, as a result, a customer base) for new business within the assigned territory; successful channel prospecting methods should be second nature to you
  • Under direction of (and in conjunction with) your manager, execute the various steps of channel partner onboarding, enablement, and business planning (sales/demand gen)

What We Need from You

  • 5+ years of cybersecurity or networking software sales engineering or technical sales experience.
  • Excellent track record in developing new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable leading discussions within the cybersecurity domain to all customer levels (CISO to IT administrator).
  • Strong presentation and application demo skills. 
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting enterprise applications in Windows and Linux environments.
  • A self-motivator who thrives on identifying and resolving customer pain points.
  • Native German speaker and fluent in English.

It Would Be Nice If You Had

  • Experience in enterprise software or networking solutions, ideally within the network or device security space.
  • Knowledge of Sandbox and anti-malware products and markets.

The Position: 

The Sales Engineer will be the primary technical sales resource for our APAC regional sales team and will assist in identifying customer challenges and driving technical alignment between customer or partner needs and the OPSWAT solutions. You will work with enterprise and government sector customers.  You will serve as a product and industry expert, effectively describing and demonstrating our solution as well as promoting our vision and approach. You will be a trusted point of contact for our customers and partners while advancing the sales process.   

You will be required to periodically train partners to be proficient in selling and supporting our products and provide technical assistance when needed by partners to close deals. 

At the same time, you will be a liaison to the engineering team to drive the direction of the product. The ideal candidate should have previous work experience as a member of a corporate sales team and a career track record of supporting cybersecurity products and relevant technology for large and complex enterprises. 

We are interested in candidates based in Mumbai, India with English as a primary or secondary language. 

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Works with the OPSWAT sales team as well as partners to drive Enterprise business  
  • Manage partner/customer requirements, expectations, and solution buy-in 
  • Build partner/customer’s confidence and awareness in our products/solutions 
  • Manage, deliver and present detailed responses to industry RFPs
  • Train and certify resellers and partners 
  • Present at Conferences and Seminars 
  • Support proof of concepts, implementations, and installs as needed to successfully satisfy customer requirements 

What We Need from You: 

  • 8+ years of cybersecurity or networking software sales engineering or technical sales experience 
  • Excellent track record in developing new business and explaining technology and product to customers/partners  
  • Comfortable leading discussions within the cybersecurity domain to all customer levels (CISO to IT administrator) 
  • Strong presentation and application demo skills  
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting cybersecurity or network security solutions in Windows or Linux environments 
  • A self-motivator who thrives on identifying and resolving customer pain points
  • Passionate in cybersecurity and always keeping up to date with technology advancement
  • Experienced AWS / Azure / GCP administrator  

It Would Be Nice If You Had: 

    • Working experience with Dockers, Kubernetes, Terraform or HELM charts 
    • Knowledge of Sandbox and malware analysis 
    • A technical understanding of APIs 
    • Experience with ICS environments and OT cybersecurity products 
    • Experience with Dev-Ops

What You Will Be Doing

  • Drive overall Public Sector North America business strategy, including analyzing market opportunities, providing strategic insights to the executive leadership team, and leading Go-To -Market plans.
  • Lead strategic opportunity pursuits from your business development activities or in response to assigned inbound leads from our demand generation team.
  • Develop annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.
  • Attract, develop, and build the sales team and sales organization to achieve long-term success and exceed growth requirements.
  • Effectively manage pipeline and provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting; define, analyze, and interpret key sales metrics; track, manage and maximize the sales team effectiveness.
  • Manage your time between progressing the “good fit” leads that have a high chance / near-term win and stimulating opportunities that will progress in the longer term.
  • Plan and manage sales forecasts and communicate progress against targets regularly with executive leadership and the sales team.
  • Identify and leverage strategic partnerships to cultivate and manage partner, distribution, and channel relationships.

What We Need from you

  • A minimum of 5 years of Public Sector sales experience in the IT/OT industry, preferably with security and endpoint technology companies.
  • A track record of generating substantial new revenue opportunities.
  • Able to generate leads organically.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and develop an excellent sales organization capable of taking on greater responsibility, collectively and individually.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully leading and building a high-performance teams.
  • Expert in salesforce, processes, and MEDDPIC.
  • Team motivator with a strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing start-up environment.
